I’m writing to express our sincere gratitude and share how absolutely thrilled my husband and I are with the custom engagement and wedding rings we purchased. We worked primarily with Arlynne and Kallarny, and the entire experience was truly lovely from start to finish.
We couldn’t have been more thrilled with the quality, value, and service we received. The staff was incredibly helpful and more than willing to work with us on a truly custom level to design our unique wedding bands.
For my wedding band, the level of detailed insight was exceptional. The Bixler’s team worked closely with me, offering expert advice on which stone shape would best compliment the emerald cut with pear side stones of my engagement ring. We even discussed the intricate spacing of the stones on the wedding band so it would sit perfectly under the center stone of the engagement ring, essentially “locking” into place. Furthermore, we had a valuable discussion about the long-term care of the rings, including how it would be best to solder them together to prevent rubbing and degradation of the gold.
For my husband’s ring, your team was masterful in incorporating a piece with immense sentimental value: his grandfather’s wedding ring. Reshaping and resizing the family ring without compromising the integrity of the gold required some unique thinking. The workaround your team helped us design was an outer “jacket” to encapsulate the family ring and has resulted in a truly beautiful, meaningful piece.
