OUR COMMITMENT
What Responsible Making Looks Like
Founded at the nation's birth, we are America’s Oldest Jeweler. Now in our 240th year, we hold the enviable position of having centuries of expertise and trust behind our brand. But our true staying power comes from our understanding that we, like all artists, provide a service core to the emotional needs of human beings. We remain proudly independent to produce ethical and sustainable bespoke luxury pieces exclusively in North America.

Certified Sustainable
Many claim responsibility. Few are certified. Bixler's entire sourcing and manufacturing process holds the rare distinction of full Responsible Jewellery Council sustainability certification

Crafted to Endure
Our products are built to last, utilizing recycled materials and denser materials that exceed the industry standard. By design and policy support, we focus on product life extension and offer a full suite of end-of-life product ownership solutions.

Certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council
In April 2023, Bixlers was independently audited and awarded full certification under the RJC's Code of Practices, one of the most rigorous ethical standards in the global jewelry industry. Covering supply chains, human rights, labour rights, and environmental practice across all our locations, our certification is independently verified by SCS Global Services and valid through November 2026.

Nothing to hide
When you speak with us, you're speaking directly with the people making your jewelry. Our doors are always open to our customers for factory tours, livestreams of their pieces being made, and open dialogues with the artisans working on your piece. All our precious metals are sourced from recycled material and our continually vetted supply chain is monitored by a system of controls set to achieve full transparency in alignment with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights
