Shipping Times
Because we design and craft our luxury pieces from scratch, it takes approximately 10-15 business days for items to be designed, crafted, and shipped. Once shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number but the arrival time is at the discretion of the carrier service.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping for all items and free returns up to 30 days after purchase. You may request expedited shipping for a fee.
Signature Confirmation
We do require that our deliveries be signed for however, enforcing the signature process is at the discretion of the carrier.
Return Policy
For fine jewelry items, if you are not satisfied with your item you have 30 days to return the item for a full refund or exchange provided that you return the item in like-new condition. Custom-made items and items with personal engravings are not covered.

How to Return or Exchange an Item
- By Mail: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-12 business days.
- In-Store: Online purchases can also be returned at any of our physical store locations. Simply bring your item along with the receipt or order confirmation.
Damages or Wrong Order
Kindly call us in-store or contact us through our customer service portal and we will work to correct the issue as soon as possible. Be advised that you must send us the item you received before we can send you a new item. A prepaid shipping label will be provided to you.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Custom pieces and/or pieces that have been engraved cannot be returned.
Refunds
Visit us in-store or contact us through our customer service portal and we will be happy to issue a refund after we verify your claim. Please note that custom pieces and engraved pieces cannot be refunded.
